Ric Chetter - From Radioland

Being in this industry isn't for everybody. According to Ric, that is. In this episode, Ric talks about some of the more darker aspects of this part of show business. There is a psychological thing that happens amongst all these people. He will also tell you about those people who come up and say, "I've been told I have a good voice for radio." This episode represents our third anniversary of this show. After three years of doing this show, Ric has come to a conclusion about a particular topic that will no longer be discussed. There is term going around with some aggravation. This term is the "Mainstream Media" or 'MSM". These days, journalists are being blamed for everything. The reason for this is rather simple. If a reporter on television, radio, internet or print states a fact in their medium that goes against what someone would like to believe, the journalist catches heat. A lot of it. In this episode, Ric takes a look those who are good at what they do and names a few who shouldn't call themselves "journalists" at all. There is a lesson to be learned here.
